As a Doula, I Do Not:
Free Consultation
This consultation will mostly be getting to know each other. We will breifly talk about your pregnancy, go in depth to what your'e looking for, and talk a little bit about what your birth plans are and how I will fit into that.
2 Prenatal Visits
First prenatal visit will be a signing of your custom contract, creating a birth plan, and talking about any concerns you may have. The second prenatal visit will be there for whatever you need. Any additional visits can be scheduled for a small fee.
Phone & Email Support
The day you sign a contract (First prenatal visit), you will receive phone and email support. Phone support will be limited to 7am to 6pm until two weeks before your due date; then it becomes unlimited. If there is an emergancy outside calling hours, then you may call your doula at any time. Email support is unlimited but it may take a few hours to respond.
Prices and Fees
Depending on where your birth fits into my certification process will depend on pricing. Email me for a free estimate!
During labor
There are many different coping methods used during labor. We will use things like a birth ball, rebozo, massage, hydrotherapy, essential oils, and many other tools and tricks!
Baby’s first feeding support
I will stay through the first feeding of the baby to make sure everything goes well. If needed, I may refer you to a Laction Consultant for any further questions.
Perform any clinical tasks
I can not be a part of any birth where a medical professional is not attending. I do not perform any medical tasks or tasks that could put you or your baby at risk.

Postpartum follow-up visit
This visit will be scheduled in the hospital and usually occurs with in the first week of the birth. This visit we will talk about all the things that happened during your birth and make sure everything is going well.
